Arizona Capitol Times
This project highlights the full redesign of the Arizona Capitol Times, where I also served as the sole designer across three complete print volumes. The publication has long been a trusted source of in-depth reporting on Arizona government, legislation, and public policy, with a readership that values clarity, accuracy, and credibility.
My role involved rethinking the overall visual system of the paper, including layout structure, typographic hierarchy, pacing, and page flow, while maintaining the authoritative tone expected of a political and legislative news outlet.
The redesign focused on improving readability, strengthening editorial hierarchy, and creating a more consistent visual rhythm across sections, ensuring complex information could be consumed more easily without sacrificing seriousness or integrity.
